Efficient debt collection: Sustainable and client-focused

We focus on processing claims in an economically sustainable manner while ensuring stable utilisation and low complexity. In doing so, we always keep an eye on the debt collection lifecycle.

A central aspect of our work is designing the Customer Journey, in which we accompany our debtors across all touchpoints with EOS and beyond. Moreover, we place great emphasis on advising and supporting our clients comprehensively throughout the entire process chain.

Collection Operations

The Collection Operations are the heart of our debt collection work. Here is where the processing of demands and the associated debtor-specific care occur.

Customer Communications

High priority is given here to the design of the customer journey with the aim of increasing conversions. This involves the target group-specific design of the touchpoints in order to continuously optimise debtor communication. In addition, there's the processing of all analogue and digital input data

Client Competence Centre

Our sales team is here responsible for the acquisition of clients. Subsequently, the client service team takes over with the aim to build a long-term client relationship

Business Operations Management

The helping hand in integrating strategic projects into operational implementation. The goal is to optimise business processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation
